The 2nd International school of Informatics for juniors (ISIJ, School) was held from June 25 to July 5 2019 in Innopolis on the basis of Innopolis Lyceum of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan. City Innopolis took EJOI in 2018.
The official representative of the venue of ISIJ 2019 is the Director of the Lyceum Innopolis N. Sulimova.
The organizing Committee, the Scientific Committee and the Coaching Council of the School include representatives of the partner countries of the School – China, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan and Russia. From each country can act up to 2 Junior teams.
A separate quota for participation was given to the Republic of Tatarstan – a team of 6 participants and a coach. The coach of the team from the Republic of Tatarstan in 2019 was Olga Belyaeva, from the Lyceum Innopolis.
The school was attended by 53 students who represented 7 teams, the youngest participant was 13 years old:
1. Team of people's Republic of China group B(7 participants)
2. Team of people's Republic of China group A(5 participants)
3. The team of the Netherlands (4 participants)
4. Team of Bulgaria (6 participants)
5. The team of Kazakhstan (5 participants)
6. Team of Russian regions (19 participants)
7. The team from Tatarstan Lyceum Innopolis (7 participants)
In total, 45 schoolchildren took part in the Cup (according to the Order of the Cup from Russia, 3 teams of 6 people – two teams from Russia and one from Tatarstan), 15 gold, 15 silver and 15 bronze medals were played.
Russia is represented by participants in lyceums with preparation for the Olympiad in Informatics: Moscow, Saransk, Kazan, Yekaterinburg.
The final rating of participants for 5 rounds of ISIJ-2019 is presented in the table for groups A and B.
Within the set of categories defined – the best participants in each team, the best days of rounds, the best three teams of the school. At the end of the Cup, the gold, silver and bronze teams of the Cup and the Cup champion were determined. The champion was a girl from China.
The top 10 students of the School and the best student who was awarded the big gold medal of the school were determined by the sum of all points of the School and the Cup.
Three best teams were awarded at the end of the Robot tournament, and the champion of chess tournament is defined.

The co-organizer countries of the School can send up to two teams to the School every year: for one main team according to the established IOC of the registration fee for the co-organizer countries ISIJ, for additional team according to the General registration fee (pay for each participant and coach).
The country participate ISIJ send one team of 2 to 6 participants and a coach (which is included with the Coaching Council ISIJ) according to the General registration fee pay for each participant and coach.
The registration fee for the co-organizer countries ISIJ, the General registration fee determines the IOC ISIJ, taking into account the sponsorship contributions each year.
Guests of ISIJ from the country participate in a special program and the Guests registration fee.
Guest - registration fee determines Office ISIJ according to excursion program.
The team from a country consists of 2 to 6 participants and one team-coach. Age of participants is supposed 13, but to be not older than 16 years by the end of the year. The student can choose the level of training: advanced (A) or basic (B). All participants are divided into classes of no more than 14 students in each class.
Participants of the school of the last year up to 16 years can participate in the school next year on the results of homework in September-March after School by the decision of the team-coach of his country.
Each participant must have health insurance for the period of his stay in Russia.
Russian group can participate from 6-8 classes, selected as the best 2-4 participants in the RusOI from the region of Russian Federation : the municipal stage (the best participants who competed at the contest 9-11 classes) or regional stage (participants rated, but not less than 40% of the maximum score)
From KFU can participate 6 juniors from the Lyceum of KFU with a coach.
